In just a few years, more and more Chinese new energy vehicles have begun to enter the Nordic market. More than 10 Chinese new energy vehicle brands, including Xiaopeng, NIO, Hongqi, and Lynk&Co, are favored by Swedish consumers for their excellent quality, high cost-effectiveness, and convenient services.

Located at the port of Frehamnen in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, is NIO's first third-generation exchange station in Europe, which is also its sixth exchange station in Sweden. David Holmbum, the head of power network development at NIO Sweden, recently told Xinhua News Agency that NIO has established a network connecting three major cities in Sweden - Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmo. Consumers can quickly replace their cars with fully charged batteries without having to worry about mileage.

As a loyal fan of NIO, Swede John Lind shared his experience with reporters. He said that the operation at the power station is as convenient as filling up a car's fuel tank. "I have been driving NIO since October last year, and I really like it! It has a lot of battery, and battery swapping is indeed a fast and efficient way to recharge the car's energy."

Analysts believe that Chinese brand new energy vehicles are popular among Swedish consumers because they are not only manufactured with advanced technology, but also have high cost-effectiveness. Expanding imports of Chinese electric vehicles allows more Swedish consumers to obtain high-quality electric vehicles at affordable prices.

Laddboxbolaget, a charging station company, is one of Stockholm's municipal environmental partners. The company's official website states that Chinese electric vehicles are "trustworthy", and Swedish consumers can choose well-known Chinese car brands to purchase new energy vehicles equipped with advanced technology and intelligent functions.

With the booming development of China's new energy vehicle industry, Chinese brands have not only been recognized for their excellent technical performance, but also their sustainable development concept has been recognized by consumers. Xiaopeng Motors, which entered the Nordic market earlier, plans to further rooted itself locally and bring innovative and high-quality electric vehicles to the Nordic market.

Cheng Xiaoguang, General Manager of Xiaopeng Motors in the Nordic region, told reporters that in the short term, the willingness of European consumers to purchase new energy vehicles may fluctuate due to factors such as the Ukraine crisis, energy crisis, and inflation. However, in the long run, Europe has a clear goal of achieving carbon neutrality, and the potential of the new energy vehicle market is great.

Cheng Xiaoguang said that Nordic countries focus on green and sustainable development, with a relatively high penetration rate of electric vehicles and strong purchasing power. Xiaopeng Automobile adheres to pure electric products and believes that by continuously providing competitive and innovative products, it can win more users and markets.
