Shipping Costs on Returns

If we made a mistake:

Wrong item, quality issue, or damage during transit — we cover all shipping costs both ways. You receive a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.

If you changed your mind:

We provide a prepaid return label. The outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund ($15 US, €12 Europe, varies by region).

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

Refund Information

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
