1.1 Platform Philosophy

BESVOL Creator Platform is an ecosystem that enables individuals with aesthetic judgment to monetize their creative vision. We value aesthetic judgment over technical skills. AI tools are provided as creative leverage, not replacement.

1.2 Work Submission

Creators submit works through the Creator Studio. Works may be created using any tools including AI (Midjourney, etc.), traditional design software, or hand-drawing. All submissions must be original or properly licensed.

1.3 Aesthetic Assessment

All applicants must pass a 10-minute aesthetic assessment evaluating taste, market awareness, and brand alignment. This ensures platform quality and creator success.

1.4 Work Review

Submitted works are reviewed within 3-5 business days for: originality, aesthetic quality, market potential, and brand fit. Approval rate is maintained at approximately 50% to ensure platform standards.

2.1 Performance-Based Tiers

Commission rates are dynamically adjusted monthly based on three metrics: Conversion Rate (40%), Positive Review Rate (30%), and Creative Output (30%).

2.2 Tier Adjustments

• Upgrades: Meet tier requirements for consecutive periods (2 months for Tier 2→3, 3 months for Tier 3→4)
• Downgrades: Fall below standards for 2 consecutive months
• Newcomer Protection: First 3 months - upgrade only, no downgrade
• Partner Protection: Tier 4 requires 6 months below standard for downgrade

2.3 Payment Schedule

Commissions calculated on 1st of each month, paid by 10th. Minimum withdrawal: $50. All earnings displayed in real-time on Creator Dashboard.

3.1 AI as Platform Feature

BESVOL provides AI tools (Midjourney integration, prompt libraries, style generators) to enhance creator output. These tools are provided at no cost to active creators.

3.2 AI-Generated Work Rights

Works created using AI tools are accepted. Creators must ensure they have proper usage rights for any AI platforms used. Final work ownership belongs to the creator, subject to platform license terms.

3.3 Copyright Protection

All published works are registered for copyright protection. BESVOL assists with infringement claims. Platform license includes: product sales, marketing, social media, and exhibitions.

• No minimum output requirement - create at your own pace
• 6-month exclusivity per work (may not sell identical design elsewhere during this period)
• Maintain professional conduct and brand-appropriate content
• Respond to platform communications within 7 days

• Provide transparent, real-time sales and earnings data
• Process payments on schedule (by 10th of each month)
• Offer AI tools and creative resources at no cost
• Handle production, logistics, and customer service
• Market creator works through BESVOL channels
• Maintain fair and transparent tier evaluation criteria

This agreement is valid indefinitely while creator remains active (minimum 1 work submitted per 6 months). Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Immediate termination for: copyright infringement, inappropriate content, or platform abuse.
