Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• All tags and labels must be attached
• Custom ATELIER orders are non-returnable

How to Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team via email or live chat
2. Receive your prepaid return shipping label
3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
4. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
